Dr. S Dilip Chand Raja

Dr. S.Dilip Chand Raja is a skilled orthopaedic and spine surgeon who has a strong passion for learning and doing research. He is currently employed with Fortis Hospital, Vadapalani, as a consultant orthopaedic and spine surgeon. He completed a master's degree in orthopaedics at the esteemed Calicut Medical College after earning his medical degree from the famed Madras Medical College. He also received a diploma from the National Board of Examination. Through the nationally recognised fellowship programme (FNB), he became a specialist in spine surgery and spent five years as a junior consultant at Ganga hospital. Through the acclaimed APSS-SICOT spine fellowship, he received specialised surgical training from Prof. Ulrich Noeth and Dr. Miguel Alquiza In Berlin, Germany. He has over 30 publications to his credit thus far, 20 international and national prizes, and 69 speeches at various conferences. He loves to instruct and mentor young aspirant students in accomplishing their goals because he completed all of his medical studies entirely on the basis of merit and scholarship. However, his main responsibility is to affordably provide the community with high-quality medical treatment and a pain-free, healthy lifestyle. He specialises in deformity repair and minimally invasive spine surgery and has completed more than 500 spine procedures. He is a skilled joint replacement and trauma surgeon.
