Dr Ayad Atra

Dr. Atra earned his medical degree from the University of Baghdad in 1977 and moved to the UK in 1987 after completing his study there. At the Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, and The Royal Marsden, he received training in pediatric hematology and oncology. Later, in 1997, he was hired as a consultant and appointed director of The Royal Marsden's stem cell program. He is presently employed by The Royal Marsden and St. George's Hospital as a Consultant Paediatric Haematologist/Oncologist.
